Kettlebell exercises are a great way to get your metabolism going. Depending on the exercise, it forces you to use your entire body (your core). Since making them part of my daily routine, about six months ago, I managed to lose twenty-five pounds. I wasn’t overweight or anything (six-four, between two-hundred-five and two-hundred-ten pounds), but integrating kettlebells and doing interval training seemed to reignite that calorie burning engine. Eating right helped, too, but I had already been doing that (for the most part). Right now I’m just using 10kg (22lbs) bells, but have 16kg (35lbs) bells on the way.
