I found with this new routine that if I workout in the morning, like within a couple hours of waking up, that the day goes better and I don’t feel so worn out. I’ll admit, that over the weekend, while I still got a workout in before running, I slacked off and I did the workout before the run, not in the morning like I typically do during the week; probably explains why my runs sucked too. Lesson learned.

And that’s all I have to say about that.
